Truly refreshing!

We have a client. We thought we “had” a client (past tense). This client we thought we lost was caught up in the insane amount of damage from the Mother Nature madness in the past few months. We sent emails, no response. We were worried, not about the potential loss in money, just about them. We found ourselves wondering about them every time we heard any new news about their vicinity.

BOOM! We got the email back. They are doing well! Not only are they doing well, they are regrouping, envisioning their business path far more than before. They were wanting to upgrade one part of their business, but if you have the IT, staff and manpower for one…they said…why not go for the GOLD? Let’s move this project faster, let’s add more to our strategy, let’s make this Mother Nature reset work for us, not the other way around.

I love this! I am so proud of them and I congratulate them on their insane dedication and pure enthusiasm to move forward. Move forward!

This is so refreshing from the businesses that sit back and say “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. There is always room for improvement! This client is having to build from the ground up, but they aren’t stopping after they have rebuilt the first floor. They want to be the tallest building in the world, and I commend them on their passion.

This is what we, Payment Operations Group lives for, to help businesses with their payment growth strategies and to see them succeed with everything to look forward to!

Payment Operations Group is a consultancy of Payment Professionals who ran away from home to join the circus. But seriously, if you would like to pursue a Strategy for your processing future or any payment engagement at all, contact information is provided below.
